The role is hands-on, producing dashboards, data models, and automated workflows, collaborating with Procurement, Demand Planning, Customer Experience, and Logistics to align analytics with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain analytics, reporting, or related roles
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and shaping data
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics positiondesigns and builds the reporting, data models, and analytics that Supply Chain teams rely on to make strategic decisions. The role turns raw operational data from SAP and other source systems into curated, reusable, and trustworthy reporting assets, supporting the broader digital transformation of how the business accesses and acts on its data. This is a hands-on build role: modeling data, defining metrics once so they stay consistent, standing up dashboards, and cutting the manual effort behind reporting. The Senior Analyst partners with teams across Procurement, Supply and Demand Planning, Customer Experience, Distribution Center Operations, and Logistics to align analytics with operational and strategic goals.

Primary Duties

• Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making across Supply Chain functions
• Build and govern reusable Power BI semantic models so that key metrics are defined once and shared across reports
• Develop data transformations and business logic using Power Query (M) and DAX to shape source data and calculate metrics reliably at scale
• Curate and model data sourced from SAP ECC, SAP APO, and the OneLake / Microsoft Fabric environment into structured, analysis-ready datasets
• Lead automation efforts to streamline reporting and reduce manual data processing, including workflow automation using Power Automate
• Analyze Supply Chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, providing clear data-driven narratives for leadership and frontline contributors
• Develop, track, analyze, and report on functional KPIs across Supply Chain operations — including procurement, supply and demand planning, distribution, and logistics — using root-cause analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the broader migration toward Power BI as an enterprise reporting platform, including improving data modeling standards and reducing reliance on manual flat-file processes
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in Supply Chain analytics and reporting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative and analytical skills to assess business situations and propose practical solutions
• Advanced experience building reports and data models in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M)
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office; working experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI required; Power Automate a plus)
• Strong ability to structure, model, and reconcile data from multiple source systems
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain analytics, reporting, or related roles
• Required: Proficiency with SQL for querying and shaping data, and advanced proficiency with a modern BI / data visualization platform (Power BI required)
• Required: Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and their data structures; hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO strongly preferred (SAP WM / warehouse data experience a plus; exposure to S/4HANA a plus but not required)
• Experience with process automation and building efficient, maintainable reporting solutions
• Experience working within the Microsoft Fabric / OneLake ecosystem (e.g., dataflows, lakehouse-style data) a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,700 to $138,000. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
