Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a data analytics professional to drive supply chain insights from manufacturing and operations data. The role focuses on building dashboards, performing advanced analyses, and delivering actionable reports to business partners and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and SAP ERP, enabling effective data modeling and KPI tracking across internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in data analytics within manufacturing or operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel usage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and processes using quantitative methods to recommend cost and efficiency improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support cost, quality and delivery objectives.
• Own KPIs and publish regular performance results for business partners and senior leaders.
• Build centralized data tools and dashboards for the Global Operations team to monitor daily operations.
