Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Experienced Supply Base Management Specialist in Tukwila, WA, San Antonio, TX or Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead supplier relationships and enforce contractual obligations to support defense programs.

Responsibilities include developing supply base plans, monitoring supplier performance, and creating mitigation strategies. This 1st shift, onsite role offers relocation consideration and exposure to DoD contracts within a global aerospace leader.

Qualifications

6+ years in supplier management or procurement.
6+ years negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
Experience managing suppliers to deliver products/services.
Experience in a multi-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities.
Develops mitigation plans.
Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities.
Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies.
