The Boeing Company in Kent, Washington, seeks a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 4) to lead supplier relationships and optimize performance for Air Dominance programs. This role is 100% onsite in Kent with a 1st shift schedule and a US citizenship requirement for security clearance.

Responsibilities include managing supplier quality and delivery, developing mitigating plans, and coordinating with IPTs and programs to meet contractual obligations and program objectives.

Competenze

• 3+ years directly working with suppliers or supplier management.
• 3+ years on an Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Mansioni

• Leads supplier/subcontractor relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
• Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Leads development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
• Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
• Analyzes supplier and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies.
• Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
