Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA or Oklahoma City, OK. You will provide technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets and develop stakeholder relationships across contract phases.

This onsite, first‑shift role requires a technical degree and 2+ years of supplier management experience. You will conduct supplier assessments, interpret technical requirements, and help shape procurement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 2+ years of experience with supplier management, supply chain, and/or procurement practices.
• 2+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
• Conducts supplier assessments
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• Provides data to support communications of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities
