Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Supply to oversee supply performance for overseas and domestic supplier parts, aiming to meet fill rate, MOS, and PO aging targets. The role emphasizes timely forecasting, ordering, and expediting to support parts profitability.

The position requires 4–6 years in service parts forecasting and inventory management, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and on-site work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no travel expected.

Qualifications

• This position requires independent judgment and pro-active decision-making within company and department policies.
• Intermediate computer skills: e-mail, databases, word processing, spreadsheets.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and order assigned parts to meet fill rate and inventory objectives.
• Expedite vendor purchase orders to minimize inventory and dealer back orders; review daily backorder report.
• Coordinate, oversee and place initial orders for new model parts to ensure availability at wholesale time.
• Train and support Analyst, Parts Supply to help meet department objectives.
• Maintain part master and purchase order data.
