Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced Analyst, Parts Information at our Headquarters facility to provide technical support to OE customers by researching catalog errors and coordinating with the Korea HQ team.

You will manage catalog data updates, assist with MSDS and stock inspections, and collaborate across regions to improve electronic catalogs, parts master data, and dealer information networks for better accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in arts preferred or related field with automotive parts exposure.
• 2-4 years automotive experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Electronic Parts Catalog Systems a plus.
• Ability to extract data from various data sources.
• Demonstrated experience in parts information analysis and catalog production processes preferred.

Mansioni

• Research catalog issues and coordinate with MOBIS HQ for resolution.
• Track HQ responses and ensure timely updates across all catalog databases.
• Support Parts Technical Group on MSDS, EX Number, stock inspections, and master maintenance.
• Support Parts Technical Call Center by responding to technical inquiries.
• Handle special projects and duties as assigned by Management.
