CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to lead supplier qualification, ASL governance, and performance analysis across aerospace manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Compliance to strengthen supplier oversight and operational readiness, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and quality standards. Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with related experience in supplier management, supply chain operations, procurement, or compliance.
• Experience with ASL governance, onboarding, due diligence, and supplier lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DFARS, ERP systems, and supplier compliance in aerospace/defense contexts.
• Ability to analyze supplier performance, track risks, and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) and records.
• Develop onboarding, qualification, approval, and requalification processes.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and maintain qualification requirements.
• Conduct supplier assessments, site visits, and due diligence.
• Review certifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Track supplier risks and corrective actions; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support Grow, Sustain, and Exit supplier management framework.
• Analyze supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness).
• Prepare supplier scorecards and dashboards; coordinate improvement plans.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and risks; design governance workflows.
• Partner with ERP and cross-functional teams to implement data/process improvements.
