Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage supplier qualification, ASL governance, due diligence, and performance reporting. You will apply strong supply chain knowledge to assess capabilities, timelines, and risk, and you will develop scalable processes to strengthen oversight and continuity across our aerospace manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience or Master's with 3-6 years in supplier management, supply chain operations, procurement or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, supplier qualification, and supply chain operations practices.
• Understanding of ASL governance, onboarding, due diligence, qualification requirements, and lifecycle management.
• Experience evaluating supplier capabilities, certifications, capacity, compliance, and risks.
• Experience with governance processes, data analysis, dashboards, and improvements to supplier workflows.
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier qualifications.
• Develop standardized supplier onboarding, qualification, approval, and requalification processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier capabilities and maintain qualification requirements.
• Conduct supplier assessments, site visits, and due diligence to evaluate capabilities and capacity.
• Review supplier certifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to identify gaps and risks.
• Track supplier risks, findings, and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support Grow, Sustain, Exit supplier management framework based on performance and risk.
• Analyze supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, capacity) and identify improvements.
• Prepare supplier scorecards, dashboards, and reviews; coordinate improvement plans.
• Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify gaps and risks.
• Design scalable governance workflows, dashboards, data validation, and performance measures.
• Partner with Enterprise Systems to improve supplier data management and ERP workflows.
