CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to lead supplier qualification, ASL governance, due diligence, and performance analysis. You will develop scalable processes, monitor regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across supplier oversight for aerospace and defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management, qualification, and lifecycle governance.
• Proficiency with ASL, onboarding, due diligence, and compliance.
• Ability to analyze supplier performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) with qualifications and certifications.
• Develop standardized onboarding and qualification processes for suppliers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier capabilities and approvals.
• Conduct supplier assessments, site visits, and due diligence for capacity and readiness.
• Review certifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to identify gaps.
• Track risks, corrective actions, and resolution activities with stakeholders.
• Support Grow, Sustain, and Exit supplier management framework across supply chain.
• Analyze performance metrics (quality, OTD, responsiveness) to identify trends.
• Prepare supplier scorecards and dashboards; manage supplier transitions as needed.
• Analyze procurement data to identify gaps and risks; design governance workflows.
