Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier onboarding and development, shaping the global supply chain strategy. You will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvements while aligning with strategic goals and FLIGHT DECK principles.

Responsibilities include end-to-end supplier onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and capability assessments to prepare suppliers for qualification in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; 5+ years in sourcing/procurement/supplier development.
• Proven experience in supplier onboarding, qualification, and SQDC improvements.
• Experience with aerospace quality systems and lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end candidate supplier development and onboarding for assigned commodities.
• Drive SQDC improvements across the supply chain.
• Assess suppliers’ capabilities and maturity for qualification.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop action plans addressing gaps for qualification.
