Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, or Process Excellence in regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs, portfolio governance, or supplier lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Supplier Quality transformation strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and multi-year deployment plan.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to implementation and transition to business ownership.
• Coordinate supplier lifecycle governance from due diligence through exit across a global matrix organization.
• Establish governance for process ownership, standardization, and execution across multiple sites and regions.
• Develop executive reporting and metrics to communicate portfolio health, risk, and value realization.
