Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Supplier Management within the DePuy Synthes Supplier Quality organization. The role leads strategic initiatives across the supplier lifecycle, governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management to ensure quality and patient safety.

The role requires strong influence in a global matrix, extensive experience in supplier quality, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional programs without direct reporting lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain within highly regulated industries.
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs, transformation initiatives, or supplier lifecycle processes.
• Experience presenting recommendations and portfolio status to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supplier quality transformation strategy and multi-year deployment plans.
• Build business cases with problem statements, current state, target state, investment requirements, and benefits.
• Coordinate supplier lifecycle governance from due diligence to exit.
• Deliver concise executive reporting on portfolio health, risks, and actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and advise on governance, change management, and capability development.
