• Minimum 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development, supplier performance management, external manufacturing, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development strategy and governance across the enterprise.
• Manage supplier performance measures, scorecards, dashboards, governance routines, and escalation criteria.
• Drive risk reduction and supplier improvement plans with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance on quality systems, regulatory requirements, and supplier controls.
• Influence senior leaders and supplier executives to align priorities and resources.
