Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a bold Supplier Quality Manager to build a Center of Excellence for supplier quality and drive the standards that ensure flight hardware meets quality, reliability, and traceability requirements.

You will lead a team of supplier quality engineers and analysts, promote accountability, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Programs to support AS9100 certification and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of aerospace/space/defense quality experience, 3+ years in supplier quality.
• Experience with AS9100 supplier control requirements and AS9102 First Article.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier qualification, approval, and requalification processes.
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List and ensure purchases come from approved sources.
• Lead supplier audits and SCAR/MRB processes; drive continuous improvement.
