GE Aerospace in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results. You will lead supplier audits and development, manage qualifications, action plans, and performance monitoring to elevate supplier excellence.

Win with a background in supplier quality and manufacturing, exposure to airfoils or structural castings, and strong leadership.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience)
Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience

Mansioni

Includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development with supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting assigned suppliers toward industrial standards of excellence.
Uses in-depth knowledge of quality and/or castings to execute policy and provide guidance.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements, explaining information and guiding teams to consensus.
Functions with some autonomy but within defined policies or review of end results.
Uses judgment to propose solutions beyond set parameters for day-to-day problems.
Prioritizes information for data analysis and makes decisions using technical experience and analysis.
