Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4+ years in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• 3+ years in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier quality assurance and supplier development, including qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and guiding suppliers toward standards of excellence.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of quality and casting to execute policy and support related disciplines.
• Act as a resource for colleagues; lead small projects with low risk and clear objectives; communicate expectations and resolve issues.
• Prioritize data analysis, use technical experience to drive decisions, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
