MDS Staffing is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer III to join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining zero-defect quality and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with production, program teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure flawless delivery.

Responsibilities include leading RCCA and Kaizen events, managing supplier audits and PPAP processes, and traveling up to 30% to supplier locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years in Supplier Quality or related functions.
• Expertise in RCCA, 8D, 3L5Y, Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Capability Studies.

Aufgaben

• Strategic liaison between production, program teams and suppliers to address quality concerns and guarantee flawless delivery.
• Build partnerships with internal engineering and sourcing teams to identify and mitigate production risks.
• Drive improvement through RCCA initiatives and Kaizen events to promote a quality-first culture.
• Assess supplier robustness, validate corrective actions, and lead supplier engagement efforts.
• Engage in audits and oversee the Supplier PPAP process to uphold manufacturing excellence.
• Travel up to 30% to supplier locations to engage directly with partners.
