Job summary

Paper Converting Machine Company is seeking a Quality Engineer to investigate and lead corrective actions for diverse manufacturing and supplier issues in Green Bay, WI. Onsite role with relocation possible, collaborating across departments to sustain product quality and drive continuous improvement.

The candidate will apply RCCA methods, work with EPCs and customers, and coach leaders in problem solving while supporting root cause analyses and action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5–10+ years in a related manufacturing quality role.
• Experience with engineering drawings, geometric tolerancing and specs.
• Experience coaching RCCA and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Experience influencing others and working with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve quality issues across manufacturing processes (welding, machining, painting, assembly, testing).
• Investigate and correct internal, external and interplant supplier quality issues.
• Coordinate containment and corrective action activities.
• Document quality issues and performance for RCCA.
• Lead process audits and quality-system projects.
• Understand engineering drawings to assess conformance.
