Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years in Supplier Quality or related functions.
• Expertise in RCCA, 8D, 3L5Y, Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Capability Studies.

• Strategic liaison between production, program teams and suppliers to address quality concerns and guarantee flawless delivery.
• Build partnerships with internal engineering and sourcing teams to identify and mitigate production risks.
• Drive improvement through RCCA initiatives and Kaizen events to promote a quality-first culture.
• Assess supplier robustness, validate corrective actions, and lead supplier engagement efforts.
• Engage in audits and oversee the Supplier PPAP process to uphold manufacturing excellence.
• Travel up to 30% to supplier locations to engage directly with partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or related functions.


• Expertise in root cause analysis (RCCA, 8D, 3L5Y), Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Capability Studies.

Preferred:

• Certifications such as CQE, CMQ, CQA, or APQP.


• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training.


• Training in Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Improvement methodologies.


• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.


• A passion for mentoring and coaching, with the capacity to lead and educate Quality Technicians.
