Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a senior supplier quality professional to guide strategic quality initiatives across the supplier base. You will lead audits, NCRs, and CI activities while coaching engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

The role emphasizes compliance with domestic and international standards, strong problem-solving, and effective written and verbal communication. A Bachelor’s in engineering is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA and related standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier quality initiatives across site and supplier network.
• Manage supplier non-conformances and audit findings.
• Lead supplier change notification and supplier quality agreements.
• Support CAPA, data analysis, and SCAR activities.
• Review BOM changes and ensure DHF records are complete.
• Coach engineers and mentor up to 3 direct reports.
