Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience

Responsibilities

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development responsibilities such as qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Provides guidance to colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with low risk.
• Uses analytical thinking to prioritize information and supports data-driven decisions.
• Acts as a resource to teammates and helps drive improvements with suppliers.
