Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives with suppliers and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements. This role drives continuous improvement, collaborates with purchasing, engineering and manufacturing, and mentors junior staff.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Green belt (minimum) in Six Sigma; black belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate procedures to ensure production of quality product.
• Lead supplier audit programs and track closure of audit findings.
• Manage supplier non-conformances and disposition of non-conforming material.
