Job summary

• Experience in supplier quality engineering with CAPA and containment.
• Familiar with PPAP and APQP processes.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier corrective action process with containment and interim actions.
• Lead permanent corrective actions and provide guidance.
• Support PPAP and APQP to ensure robust supplier quality planning.
• Serve as a quality technical resource for cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support quality audits at the site.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, Six Sigma, and AIAG tools.
• Design onsite Values Package Introduction (VPI) product launch plans and support on-site launches.
• Measure supplier quality performance and drive improvements to meet targets.
• Present corrective action findings to customers with clarity and action plans.
• Hold suppliers accountable for quality performance.
