Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality across the ARRW program from design through production. You will lead quality initiatives, audits, and metrics in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a STEM degree, experience in supplier quality and the ability to travel, with a focus on solving complex quality issues in a high-impact aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• STEM degree at the bachelor's level or higher, preferably in a technical, industrial or quality assurance field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Engineering or quality experience developing inspection methods, work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supplier quality plans and requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective-action initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
• Track, analyze, and report quality metrics across the product lifecycle.
