Job summary

CA CI Azure seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer in Melbourne, FL to manage supplier quality, technical performance, and process documentation for defense programs. Onsite presence is required to support manufacturing, MRB, and customers.

You will develop supplier scorecards, lead audits, issue SCARs, and drive continuous improvement across AS9100 frameworks. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with Supply Chain are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supplier Quality Improvement and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with PCBs, PCBAs for Class 3 DoD Hardware, machined parts, and Special Processes.
• Proficient in QMS, audits, SCARs, source inspection, MIPs, and requirements flow down.

Responsibilities

• Improve Supplier Quality for Melbourne and supplier sites; report performance.
• Manage supplier audit schedules, deliver reports, issue SCARs for nonconformities.
• Maintain AS9100 documentation and drive process improvements.
• Lead supplier qualification and provide technical support across teams.
• Perform source inspections and support new supplier qualifications.
