Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of supplier quality/management experience or Master’s with 7+ years
5+ years as a team lead/manager in a cross-functional environment
Experience with engineering, manufacturing, global supply chain, quality or program management
Rigorous metrics, performance tracking, and data integrity knowledge
Proficiency in SAP, MS Office/SharePoint or similar tools
Active US Govt clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Program SQ leadership to align staffing with strategy and program expectations
Ensure staffing levels meet current and future demands
Develop and implement data-driven supplier surveillance plans
Participate in supplier performance reviews and drive corrective actions
Ensure supplier audits are adequate and effective
Assist suppliers in resolving issues with cross-functional teams
Communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders across programs
Engage with leadership to build strong business relationships with supplier organizations
