Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Principal Specialist, Supply Chain Management to drive operational excellence in supplier performance and production continuity. This remote role supports a distributed team and requires travel 25-30%.

You will lead root cause investigations, collaborate with suppliers and internal partners, and apply data-driven decision making to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Solve urgent supply chain issues and ensure production continuity.
• Identify and implement solutions to remove barriers and improve delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and develop mitigation plans.
