Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Supplier Quality & Development Professional to lead supplier qualification and quality improvement initiatives. You will manage APQP/PPAP processes, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate across RTX’s supply chain to ensure supplier readiness and performance.

The role involves extensive interaction with suppliers and internal teams, adherence to AS 9100/ISO 9001, and significant travel to support global supplier programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Quality Regulations and core tools (APQP, QMS).

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier quality processes and development activities align with RTX/APQP standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing and quality teams to improve supplier performance.
• Manage supplier qualification/certification, source inspection, PPAP, and related release processes.
