Volvo Cars seeks a Senior Supplier Performance Manager to secure supplier readiness and robust performance from sourcing through serial production. You will lead interior parts and injection molding, drive corrective actions, and manage complex supplier escalations with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor peers, own risk mitigation, and collaborate with global categories to support sourcing and launch readiness. Domestic and international travel are required as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, plastics, or mechanical fields.
• Minimum 7 years in automotive supplier quality, development, manufacturing engineering, or launch management.
• Experience with interior parts and injection molding.
• Proven ability to lead supplier escalations and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluent written and spoken English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop less-experienced supplier performance managers.
• Own supplier performance for quality, delivery, capacity, and cost.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, recovery and accountability plans.
• Partner with Global Category teams to support sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews.
