Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee supplier onboarding across Procurement and Accounts Payable, ensuring compliant workflows and accurate supplier records. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with related experience in AP or supply chain.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Supply Chain Management experience.
• Experience with 1099s and multi-location or international suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day supplier onboarding activities and workflow coordination across Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Reviews supplier information for accuracy and compliance with Firm requirements.
• Maintains supplier records according to policies; serves as escalation point for onboarding issues.
• Oversees 1099 processing and supports month-end close with Accounting.
• Analyzes onboarding data to identify trends and supports performance reporting.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and maintains training materials.
