Job summary

Anduril Industries in McHenry, Mississippi is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to accelerate supplier qualification and production readiness across our critical external partners. You will collaborate with internal engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing teams to execute effective, creative supplier strategies that meet production goals.

In this role you will lead capacity expansion, implement SPC at supplier sites, optimize factory layouts, and drive root-cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing.
• Experience with composites/thermoplastics manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and relocate on-site to Huntsville, AL.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical commodities to execute supplier production strategies across lines.
• Drive capacity expansion, manufacturing readiness, and ramp-up at suppliers.
• Support SQE with root-cause corrective actions at supplier sites.
• Establish and drive SPC reviews to monitor supplier performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and risk.
