Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Mechanical to lead supplier fabrication strategies across the company’s defense-focused product lines. You will collaborate with internal engineering, quality, supply chain and suppliers to accelerate qualification and implement manufacturable, cost-efficient designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience with IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the mechanical fabrication commodities/subcategories from NPI to full production.
• Support SQE and ensure suppliers meet part quality criteria.
• Own bringing up new production tooling & lines at supplier sites.
• Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) at supplier.
• Drive capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier.
• Identify and drive product/process improvements and factory layout optimizations.
