Anduril Industries in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to accelerate supplier development and production flow for critical components.

You will own supplier commodities, collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing, and drive cost and quality improvements from early development through life cycle. This role requires travel, US clearance eligibility, and onsite work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with composites and thermoplastics manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and be onsite in Huntsville, AL; US clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own mechanical commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and commodity strategy, showing ownership and technical excellence.
• Vet suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, workforce for inclusion in Anduril's Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE in ensuring suppliers' understanding and adherence to quality criteria.
• Own manufacturing process development at supplier locations and initialization of new production lines and tooling to meet performance, quality, and ramp requirements.
• Own the roadmap for capacity expansion, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp-up at suppliers.
• Establish and drive performance via SPC reviews at supplier.
• Identify and drive product/process improvements, factory layout optimization to lower costs and improve cycle time.
• Support SQE with root cause task force and close RCAs with Supply Chain and suppliers.
