Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Mechanical, to enable development and production flow with the supplier base. This remote role collaborates with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to implement supply chain strategies that improve cost, quality and delivery.

You will expedite qualification and implementation of designs with suppliers, optimizing for performance and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mechanical fabrication manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the mechanical fabrication commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Support supplier quality engineers in ensuring supplier adherence to quality criteria.
• Lead up new production tooling, lines, and tooling development at supplier sites to meet performance, quality and demand requirements.
• Drive capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier sites.
• Establish and drive process performance and controls reviews at supplier.
