Form Energy is hiring a Senior Supplier Engineer, Structural Components to support transfer of structural assemblies to suppliers. You will drive DFx, cost-effective designs, and manufacturability analysis with Program Managers and Advanced Manufacturing teams.

You will own QML/PPAP, qualify welding procedures, and lead supplier collaborations for weld verification and NDT. Relocation is available and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering focused on heavy-gauge steel and large welded assemblies.
• Experience with structural fabrication processes and GD&T for large weldments.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Design and Advanced Manufacturing teams to co-develop pack-level structural designs while optimizing for integrity and modularity.
• Lead DFM and APQP reviews with structural suppliers, focusing on welding feasibility and large-scale tolerances.
• Own the QML and PPAP roadmap, qualifying welding specs, PQRs, and WPQ.
• Partner with suppliers to establish robust weld verification programs and NDT requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program schedule risks in heavy manufacturing and large-component shipping.
• Drive closed-loop non-conformance management with SCARs and root-cause investigations.
