Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve supplier, supply chain & value stream performance.
• Lead and coordinate supplier qualification, cost, and quality improvements.
• Develop metrics for suppliers and value streams and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate product/component designs and manufacturing processes with suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional value stream initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and other functions to align supplier strategy.
• Identify technical manufacturing capabilities and align due diligence with suppliers.
• Ensure supply continuity and manage start-ups for new manufacturing sites.
• Travel up to 40%, including international assignments.
