Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is hiring a Senior Manager, Human Resources for its Heart Failure division in Pleasanton, CA. You will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to Division leadership, driving talent, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning to enable business performance.

You will lead leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement while partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions and drive talent strategies.
• Strong business acumen, leadership coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design efforts to support current and future business needs.
• Leverage people analytics and business insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable solutions.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition, total rewards, learning, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices.
