Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Working technical knowledge and practical application of concepts, practices, and procedures within the functional area.
• Ability to exercise judgment within established procedures and practices.
• Understanding of quality system environment and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area.
• Monitor performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct problems that affect product quality or yields.
• Interface with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes into manufacturing.
• May lead a project team and mentor less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet business needs.
