Travel up to 40% is expected. The role requires deep supply chain knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to mentor others while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and improve supplier performance across supply chains and value streams.
• Provide guidance on root cause analysis and cost glide path objectives.
• Coordinate new and existing product/component designs for quality and cost improvements.
• Lead cross-functional value stream improvements with suppliers and internal teams.
