Job summary

Abbott in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Product Lifecycle Manager) to drive lifecycle strategy for Chronic Heart Failure products from launch through end-of-life, coordinating Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Marketing and Regulatory affairs to ensure supply continuity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans and budgets, manage geographic expansions and risk, and report progress to stakeholders while advancing product performance and regulatory milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the medical devices or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to manage lifecycle from launch through EOL.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage geographic expansion and Tier 2/3 country product launches.
• Identify and mitigate End-of-Life risks and component obsolescence.
• Prepare and present status reports highlighting risks and milestones.
