Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years in sourcing/procurement/supply chain roles.
• 5+ years in supplier development or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with QMS AS9100/ISO 9001/IATF 16949 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end candidate supplier development and onboarding for assigned commodities.
• Assess potential suppliers through in-depth evaluations of maturity and capabilities.
• Collaborate to develop action plans addressing gaps for supplier qualifications.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding success.
• Refine and scale the supplier development and onboarding gated process using best practices.
