GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead delivery projects within the Supplier Performance & Execution Sourcing section. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to improve product delivery, support the sourcing team and suppliers in resolving technical issues, and provide expert guidance on manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering or 10+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive supplier performance and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own technical performance of multiple suppliers and coordinate visits (25-50% travel).
• Identify and resolve delivery barriers with fulfilment, commercial and quality teams.
• Act as Project Manager for large complex suppliers with others.
