Job summary

Honda Development and Manufacturing of America, LLC in Ohio is seeking a senior professional to advance our ability to improve supply chain stability with a regional mindset. You will support NA crisis mitigation for OEM suppliers, drive supplier performance, and guide corrective actions across critical partners to ensure production continuity.

With 8+ years of engineering experience, you will collaborate with suppliers and Honda leaders, oversee root-cause analyses, and lead a team to resolve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience.
8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Manufacturing process knowledge across stamping, welding, assembly, material flow, electronics, injection molding, paint, casting, machining.
Honda delivery systems knowledge (GPCS)

Responsibilities

Support supplier crisis mitigation and countermeasures to improve supply chain stability.
Lead immediate and long-term corrective actions at critical suppliers.
Escalate supplier issues with Honda HDMA Management with clear issue, impact, root cause, and countermeasures.
Manage proactive projects (capacity management, LMPR, NARS reporting) and drive PDCA for area of responsibility.
Lead a team of direct report associates and collaborate with suppliers and Honda technical leaders.
