Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks a Supplier Collaboration Specialist in Thousand Oaks, CA to enable and improve supplier collaboration processes across the supply chain. You will liaise with suppliers, manufacturing sites, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and 3PLs to ensure accurate, timely exchange of data and transactions, including EDI, ASN, invoicing, and receiving.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, troubleshooting issues, developing SOPs and training, and leading small to mid-size

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting supplier collaboration in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot process and system issues and coordinate resolution across functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/EDI and procure-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Collaboration & Enablement: Act as main contact for suppliers and sites on collaboration processes and transactions; support onboarding for electronic collaboration.
• Systems & Process Support: Define business requirements for new processes; troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with business and tech teams.
• Advanced Ship Notice & Automated Receiving: Implement and maintain ASN receiving capabilities; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training and maintain SOPs/work instructions; create training materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across departments; translate requirements between business users and technical teams.
• Project & Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead small to mid-sized supplier collaboration projects and participate in CI initiatives.
• Performance Management & KPIs: Develop and monitor KPIs for supplier collaboration; identify improvement opportunities.
