Qualifications

• Minimum experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or supplier management.
• Experience supporting business processes and enterprise systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for suppliers and manufacturing sites on collaboration processes, systems, and transactions.
• Support supplier onboarding and enablement for EDI, delivery schedules, commitments, ASNs, barcode labels, and invoicing.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve process, system, and data-quality issues and promote compliance.
• Assist in documenting requirements, system enhancements, UAT, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot issues across the procure-to-pay and supply chain processes with business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with sites, logistics, and 3PLs to implement and maintain automated ASN and receiving solutions.
• Develop and deliver training, SOPs, and materials for suppliers and internal users; ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Lead and coordinate small to medium process improvement projects and digital enablement initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on supplier collaboration KPIs; identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and support process improvements.
