Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. is seeking a Supplier Collaboration Specialist to enable and improve supplier collaboration across the supply chain. You will liaison between suppliers, manufacturing sites, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT, and 3PLs to ensure accurate data exchange and smooth transactons.

The role covers EDI, ASN, barcode labeling, automated receiving, training, SOP creation, and KPI monitoring. A remote-friendly position with cross-functional impact and projects awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related functions.
• Experience supporting business processes and enterprise systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot process and system issues across functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for suppliers and sites regarding collaboration processes and transactions.
• Support onboarding and enablement for electronic and automated collaboration (EDI, ASN, barcode labeling, invoicing).
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve process, data, and system issues.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Define and document business requirements and contribute to SOPs and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance monitoring of supplier collaboration KPIs.
• Lead small to medium projects related to supplier collaboration and digital enablement.
