Zusammenfassung

The Salisbury VA Medical Center is seeking a Supervisory Dietitian to join its Nutrition and Food Service leadership team in Salisbury, VA. The incumbent will provide professional and managerial support, oversee personnel and clinical nutrition operations, and drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and veteran experience.

Qualifikationen

ACEND accredited programs required.
U.S. citizenship and English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

Provides clinical nutrition leadership as advisor to staff and other health professionals.
Oversees HR staffing, employee relations and labor relations in Clinical Nutrition.
Exercises supervisory authority and directs/subordinate staff planning and evaluation.
Establishes training plans for the clinical section based on evidence-based nutrition.
Develops and leads clinical nutrition operations.
Sets strategic goals aligned with NFS or VISN programs and national plans.
Leads quality improvement efforts using data to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborates with the NFS management team to cover department work and initiatives.
