Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. This hands-on role works with site leadership to drive operational excellence, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service performance.

The Senior Supervisor will coach and develop warehouse teams, manage inbound/outbound flows, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, accurate shipments and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics or distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control processes.
• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution center operations to meet customer expectations and company performance goals.
• Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and company safety standards.
• Coach, develop, and engage warehouse associates to build a high-performing team environment.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations to ensure timely, accurate, and complete shipments.
• Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Conduct team meetings, communicate operational updates, and address performance opportunities.
• Partner with customer service and operations teams to resolve escalated issues and support order fulfillment.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and operational results.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support facility goals and strategic initiatives in partnership with site leadership

Job description

Ohio Logistics is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supervisorto lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee development, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and customer service performance.

Working closely with the General Manager, the Senior Supervisor will lead warehouse teams, support strategic initiatives, and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate distribution operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and lead by example.
• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• May operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moderate to high noise levels, heavy equipment, and both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
