Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our warehouse and distribution operations. This hands-on leader will drive operational excellence, manage teams, and ensure safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll lead managers and frontline staff, monitor KPIs, implement best practices, and develop a culture of accountability and teamwork across the organization.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and large teams.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Office Managers, Senior Supervisors, and warehouse associates.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, productivity, inventory management, and customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, processes, and efficiencies.
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations to implement best practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and operational issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety across the organization

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving key performance goals.

• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
